NuovaCGS has built over the years many automatic machines for different sectors.

	CRANKSHAFT RIVETING MACHINE Machine built for important customer of the automotive sector, it operates automatically doing riveting operations. The user interface is realized with a touch-screen monitor and it permits the operator to work safely and to always have a control of what the machine is doing. There also have been implemented control and support functions for the machine's permoance analysis.
	PLASTIC CASTS LEAK TEST MACHINE WITH PNEUMATIC LOGIC Leak test machine with internal circuitry entirely wired with pneumatic logic, linked to a test unit.
	LEAK TEST MACHINE WITH PNEUMATIC LOGIC AND DATA ACQUISITION This machine for the leak test of plastic-bronze castings is linked to a test unit and a PC for data acquisition of the tests performed.
	ALUMINIUM CASTS LEAK TEST MACHINE Machine built for important customer of the automotive sector, it can leak-test aluminium casts.
	BEARING INSERTION AND CONTROL MACHINE This machine was built for an important customer of the automotive sector. The machine inserts the bearing while monitoring the force. The machine is connected with the corporate network for easy production monitoring.
	BEARING INSERTION MACHINE Hydraulic press for inserting bearings. The machine has an industrial PC for the definition of workcycles and data acquisition, in order to guarantee to the customer the high quilitative standards required in the automotive sector.
