CONTROL AND ASSEMBLY EQUIPMENT

NuovaCGS design and builds various kind of equipment for the control and assembly phases of our customers' products. This equipment can be operated by manual, pneumatic, hydraulic or electric power. Our engineers work with the clients from the first stage of conceptual design to delivery and testing. In designinng assembly equipment, we take care in defining correctly the assembling sequences, in order to guarantee to the customer a good work-cycle optimization and to the operators a good ergonomy of the equipment. Many customers ordered us combinations of assembling equipment and automatic machines, in order to create lean assembly lines, whose design was done by NuovaCGS engineers working together with the customers to define the workcycle.

	HYDRAULIC PUMPS ASSEMBLING BENCH Bench built for a costumer operating in the oleodynamic sector, it permits to mount up to 4 pump at the same time. This bench permits to hang electric screwer and other tools. This bench was deigned to mount the pumps in an ergonomic manner and can be used correctly for operators of different heights.
	TWO DEGREE OF FREEDOM ROTATING TABLE This equipment was made together with other builds for the creation of a manual assembly line at the plant of an important customer operating in the mechanic sector. This equipment uses pneumatic components and was design defining together with the customer the cricital operations for the assembling, and requiring a correct ergonomy even for workers of different hieghts.
	ROTATING TOOL FOR ASSEMBLING Equipment designed and built for use in a lean assembly line. This tool with pneumatic movement permits to do different assembling operations in the same position, so it can help guarantee a correct ergonomy of the assembling operations and optimize cycle-tme.
