TEST BENCHES

We have many years of experience in the design and building of test benches for engines and pumps. All test benches are built according to our customers' requests. Here you will find some examples of test benches that we have built for customers operating in the oleodynamic and automotivew sectors. Our test benches are built according to all current regulation and in particular to the ATEX norms, and so they perimt the testing of internal combustion engines in a safe enviroment.

	SOUNDPROFF TEST BENCH FOR GAS SAW This machine is entirely designed and built by NuovaCGS: it is used for the testing at the end of the assembly line of a gas saw.
	SOUNDPROFF END-LINE TEST BENCH FOR CHAINSAW Machine for the test at the end of the assembly line and the carburation regulation of different models of chainsaws. It permits to an operator to work simultaneously on the test of two chainsaws, in order to optimize the cycle-time.
	SOUNDPROFF  TEST BENCH FOR SCOOTER ENGINES Machine built for an important customer operating in the automotive sector, it permites the testing at the end of the assembly line of newly assembled engines.
